If necessary, describe what you think is wrong in the invoice, e.g. that a small grease stain on the wall, nail or screw holes after paintings, scratches on the floor after an office chair, etc. is a result of normal use of the apartment and therefore constitutes normal wear and tear.
As a landlord, you do not have the right to claim compensation for normal wear and tear.
